• Sending critical notifications regarding registration renewals, CPD points, and official announcements via email or SMS.

• Authentication: All Doctor Portal logins require a secure Registration Number and encrypted password. Password resets are protected by time-sensitive OTPs sent to registered emails.
• Public Verification Limits: To prevent data scraping and protect practitioner confidentiality, detailed profile views in the public verification hub are strictly locked behind OTP verification.
• Encryption: Passwords and sensitive session tokens are securely hashed and encrypted. Database connections utilize SSL/TLS protocols.
